Meet Kyle Owens

Kyle is our Transaction Coordinator and contract specialist who has a passion for compliance. His job is to ensure deadlines are met and keep the various parties informed regarding the details of every transaction.  He joined Metro House because he wanted to be a part of a tight-knit, growing team and continue to build something great. 

 

He is a self-proclaimed global-minded, proven professional. Kyle boasts a deep understanding of the real estate industry spanning asset management, loss mitigation, property management, and bankruptcy disposition. He helped start the real estate team Terra Firma at KW Beverly Hills, in addition, he worked as a Fannie Mae-approved agent for several years in Los Angeles County. Kyle is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in Political Science/Government and a minor in Asian History and he also attended San Diego State University.

 

He lived in Tokyo Japan for over 10 years as a child and teenager and has a passion for traveling, over 35+ countries and counting hoping to one day make it to 100. He also enjoys playing Ice Hockey and anything beach related.  On a personal note, Kyle is proud of being a father and loves watching his daughter grow up and become the smart, caring, and beautiful girl she is today.
