When we first started working with Lizzie, we had tenants in the house, and she stepped in to help us manage the final walk-through and all the other things associated with ending the lease. We also had a pretty significant home repair that Lizzie got resolved - including getting quotes and scheduling bids. She also worked with us to address the HOA violations and ensure they were resolved. Lizzie walked us through all the offers we received (and narrowed them down to what she thought were the top 5), which kept us from being overwhelmed. Answered all our questions and gave recommendations to us. Her recommendations of how to display our home to get ready for showings were truly the most important advice we needed. And it worked! We had around 50 showings in total. She always followed up with all the REALTOR who came to our home and provided us with positive and negative feedback. This resulted in an offer for the above listing price! She later supported us with the home inspection results and the negotiations with the addendum from it.
